Missing breakfast can make a child overly active. A healthy breakfast that includes protein provides the nutrition the brain needs to function well. A well fed brain helps a child learn better, feel better, and have more positive behavior.

Isn't it amazing how the simplest things in life can be the ones parents value the least regardless their foundational importance to all other activities? How many parents permit their kids to rush out to school without breakfast saying "Oh, my child just isn't hungry in the morning"?
